For seniors, I suggest a supine bound-angle pose with the arms spread wide, palms up, and placing blocks, blankets or pillows under the knees so the legs can be relaxed. Legs up a wall is counter indicated for those with blood pressure issues.
An easier breathing method for seniors is an inhale for the count of four, hold of for the count of two, exhale for the count of four and hold for the count of two.
